Fish Fry Mix

Fish Fry Mix: first, soak the fish filets in either water, egg and milk, or water and mustard mixture - second, cover filets with our fish fry mix - third, heat oil to 350 degrees, add filets to hot oil. When filets float to the top -> ready to eat!
